If a candidate leaves within a specified trial period (usually 12 weeks), we provide a free replacement or pro-rata credit.
What recruitment models do you offer?
Are there any fees for candidates?
No. In accordance with UK law, we never charge candidates for recruitment or placement services.
Are you insured and compliant?
We provide flexible models including Contingent Search, Retained/Executive Search, and RPO for high-volume needs.
Yes. We carry comprehensive Indemnity and Liability insurance and adhere to all labor laws in territories where we operate.
What can I expect from the process?
What are your payment terms?
Initial screening calls, transparent feedback, interview coaching, and full support through to your first day.
How do you measure success?
Typically Success-based for Contingent hires, and billed in installments for Retained searches. Terms are confirmed in our service agreement.
How is my personal data handled?
We prioritize retention rates and quality of hire. Our success is measured by the long-term impact on your growth.
How long does it typically take to fill a role?
We are fully GDPR compliant. Your data is stored securely and used only for recruitment purposes.
